A bit about me.
For the past seven years I’ve been working as a graphic designer specialising in bespoke illustration and artwork. I am fully skilled in designing for web and print and have substantial experience in working with Record companies to create beautiful artwork. I love to create illustrations and whenever the opportunity arises I relish the challenge of getting out the pencils and paints to create something a bit different for the client. My background is as an artist and I can bring this creativity to all my work. However, I am also happy to design in the business sector where the emphasis is on communicating the personality of the company’s brand and ethos, in simple and clear graphics. The challenge for all my work is to create artwork & designs that clients are proud to use.
My work ranges from working with bands to create artwork to grace their albums and single covers as well as numerous website designs, annual reports, newsletters and logos.
Up until recently I worked alongside Colin Hewitt as joint director at IfLooksCouldKIll, a successful graphic & web design agency based in Edinburgh, as well as working freelance on design for print and my own creative projects. But now I’ve relocated from Scotland to live back down in the sunny South of England and focus on freelance and self-initiated work.
